"The rooms are very clean and the fact it was so close to the sanctuary of Saint Anthony was a huge Plus. However, I didn’t realise that it wasn’t a 24 hour reception and so the traditional perks of a hotel were absent. As in calling for a taxi or any particular information about the local area. But I think this was probably in the information and I must’ve overlooked it. One thing I have to say was there was a strange smell within my bedroom and when I went to bed, my clothes had a strange smell...

"Great location - first time here. Some staff not responsive but others were fine. Room was nice, TV could not be connected to my Iphone for movies. Good parking. Breakfast brunch was included but additional food items cost extra."

"I chose the property for its convenient location in the city center. In the photos, the furnishings appear ultra modern. In reality, they are in terrible repair. The odd, curved, white vinyl chair was badly torn all over. The table was very wobbly. Walls and baseboards were chipped. The bathroom wall behind the sink was soaking wet near the base and black with mildew. The batheoom floor and shower floor were visibly not clean. I wore flip flops the whole time. "Very good hotel, excellent location. Good breakfast, nice room, great air-conditioning, helpful staff. The only problem I had, I was there for a conference and there was no iron in the room. We had to use the laundry room on 4th floor that was not very comfortable."

"Castelfranco Veneto is beautiful! Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was fast and efficient. The room was comfortable but the bed was too hard and some furniture need repair. The breakfast had a nice variety and cappuccinos were delicious. The hotel is set in a beautiful, historical area where you can find several cafés, restaurants and lovely shops. We would definitely go back to Hotel Alla Torre!!!"

"I have it a higher than average rating due to the staff being very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and gave very large portions of food. I tried the gnocchi with salmon and the grilled salmon with a side of grilled vegetables and both were very good. There were hot water issues and AC issues the first night but both were fixed by morning. The particular room we stayed in did have older stained carpet, so it appeared not clean.
