"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. Hotel staff was nice. This hotel is also located inside a university...

"Well, I hate to leave a negative reviews. The building itself was fine. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. But, the main issue is, the non smoking room was subject to cigarette smoke infiltration. The surrounding rooms were also non-smoking. I am not sure where the cigarette smoke was coming from. Also, the AQI in Bursa that weekend was over 150. So there was no escape from bad air for me. Consequently, I became ill. It's a shame, because...
