"The property is walking distance from the bus or train station. Old town is nearby. There are many restaurants nearby which is very convenient. The property is very clean and modern. The room was spacious and the AC blows cold. Communication with the host was excellent. Thanks to Claudia who welcomed and checked us in. Great service and allowed us to check in early. Great place to stay is Faro. Highly recommend this place."

"Private apartment, managed by the hostel around the corner. Double bed in living room is a full size couch/futon (a 1.5 person bed). When we came in, the mirror was full of white foam, sprayed but never wiped. That was a quick remedy. Nice decoration. There was a very strong cleaning smell in the kitchen and bathroom and I could see a spray of it in the sink, like it was never rinsed (think Antikal, liquid descaler). That should have been rinsed. "We originally booked a studio, but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and well maintained. The interior is a little dated in places, but everything was clean and tidy, so this didn’t bother us at all. The beds and bedding were excellent, and the bathroom was great with a good shower. The kitchen is quite basic, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Breakfast is small-scale but well presented, with everything you need. We also enjoyed relaxing...
