"BEWARE. Staff was super uncooperative, lied to us, and if you book thru 3rd party they give you the worst room they have. The towels were gray & gross! Outdoor patio was a mess for a holiday weekend. We've never had an issue at any other Fairfield Inn in the country."

"I feel that La Quinta is one of the nicer hotel choices for Elk City, OK. However, The landscaping could use some attention as the rock/gravel was bare in some spots or in piles. Definitely need to get the elevator fixed ASAP. This was a terrible inconvenience having to haul luggage up 3 flights of stairs then all the way down the hallway to room."

"No amenities. Budget motel on side of interstate, clean and quiet property with friendly staff, though a little outdated and patched over as cheaply as possible. A no-frills option for an evening stopping thru if you don’t want to drop a lot of coin."

"Booked a non smoking room and was gave a room reeking of cigarettes. Laundry room was completely torn out and exercise room was locked and looked non functional. Elevator was blocked off with tape and there was trash everywhere outside despite a sign prohibiting the dumping of trash “anymore”. Went to see if the laundry room had moved and found the third floor to be completely locked, which made me wonder what was in there that they didn’t want people to see. They also locked the lobby...

"I booked a room online shortly after midnight on 7 July. I understand the dates changed and it wouldn’t allow me to choose the 6th of July anymore so I choose the 7 and leave the 8th. I was thinking the hotel attendant would understand and fix it on that end once my son explained. Needless to say they were unable and my son went to another hotel who was user friendly. My son and grandkids only needed the room for 12 hours to rest and recuperate but the hotel staff couldn’t pull it off so my son...

"When I went to the room, the key couldn’t open the door. When the staff came she couldn’t open the door. So she moved us to another room. When we got there the door did opened but the room wasn’t clean. So the staff told another guest to move out of his room for us. That was the last straw we asked for a refund."
