"Awesome place to stay. I want to thank the Housekeeper especially on the fourth floor as she found my shirt after I checked out and was able to return to pick it up ( It was my favorite shirt). Third time staying here. The beds are so comfortable that its easy to sleep thru the mornings. Thanks again 4 a great stay."

"Room wasn't ready when we arrived at almost 6pm, we were given the key, and the housekeeper was still making the bed. I had various coffees at the lobby bar, when I paid with card the server refused to give me a copy of the receipt,saying there is no copy. Surprisingly next day I had another coffee and I was given a copy without even ask, different server, very suspicious though "

"I feel safa hotel is a little known gem! I visited the weekend of 31/01/25, and we really enjoyed the stay. Staff were very polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the location is exceptional. We booked for a weekend city break, and so this was perfect. "トラム、マルマライのシルケジ駅からすぐで、船着場のあるエミニョニュまで徒歩圏内、アヤソフィア、ブルーモスクもトラムの二駅で行けます。賑わっている通りから少し入った所にありますが、夜までトラムや車のクラクションの音が聞こえてきます。Balkan Lokantası sirkeci 2も近くにありテイクアウトしてホテルで食べたりしました。ホテルのスタッフも感じが良く、前に冷蔵庫が無いという口コミを見たことがありますが、クローゼットの中にありました。上の階でもエレベーターで移動できますが、早朝、チェックアウトしようとした時には動いていませんでした。シャワーの温度もちゃんと暖かいお湯が出て、エアコンもついていたので快適です！とてもおすすめできるホテルです。"

"Great Hotel, very friendly staff, very close walking distance to all tourists attractions, also you can walk over Galata bridge to the New District and not take a tram (it can be very crowded). I had a great stay for 6 nights.Rooms get cleaned daily. Only wish breakfast would have more variety or at least different options during my stay. Thank you Hotel Elanaz and your wonderful staff!"
