"The property is at good location. The staff is very cordial. The mattresses are old and had severe
back problem. The carpets in the staircase are old and need replacement. The breakfast was the best. "
"They don’t follow any covid protocols no patrons or the staff was wearing masks. they encourage eating in a crowded closed restaurant which was such a disappointment. Please avoid if you care for your health and safety. "
"I stayed in the hotel for three nights. I got a room on 3rd floor which had an excellent view of snow covered hill which was liked by my family. Room, Bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was good with options like Poha, Upma, pasta, etc.
The only issue I had was that we had to wait for ten minutes to get hot water every time. Overall I recommend the hotel for a quiet stay near Pahalgam.
