"Some of the staff was not customer service friendly."

"The hotel itself was okay. Our room was clean but not in the best shape. There were some stains on our sheets but the staff came and replaced them. Our toilet didn't work and when it got clogged they had to give us a new room because there was no maintenance staff to fix it. The bathroom had no fan and b/c of that the ceiling tile was droopy and a little gross. The shower handle was very loose and we had to be careful with it. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating considering. The...

"My daughter and I spent “2” nights at this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. We received outstanding assistance from staff members and the breakfast menu had a wide assortment of delicious hot and cold food choices. Wishing to thank all staff members for a wonderful stay and experience!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Everything was good except the breakfast. The food wasn’t very hot. It wasn’t the best tasting either. I wasn’t impressed by it. But everything else was good."

"The manager was very helpful. I thought that he couldn’t find my second room reservation, but it turned out that when Expedia asked me for the person name for the second room, they actually put that person‘s name on the reservation, even though I was making the reservation and paying for both rooms. So a note – if you’re reserving more than 1 room for traveling companions or family members, put your name on all of the rooms."

"4 big crickets in the room and the bed is rock hard and the white curtains and sheets were yellow stains. My boyfriend had to squish the crickets."

"We arrived to the hotel only to see a sign posted that said the receptionist would be back in 15-20. No problem. We decided to unload our car of 4 kids knowing it would take that long. Only for us to come back 20 minutes later to find that there still was no employee present. We waited over an hour and spoke on the phone to online support staff whom also could not get in contact with an employee at this location. So I started circling the parking lot looking for help. I found a young lady...

"I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. I talked to housekeeping who stated some use strong deodorant and some use not so strong. After unpacking. All of my clothes, shoes, etc smells like it. I had to wash my clothes twice I think you...

"Continental breakfast was horrible. Waffles, toast ,bagels, cereal, and Swiss rolls were there and that’s it. No plates to put “food” on. No protein or fruit available. Not even peanut butter for some type of protein. When we checked out there was a video kiosk to check out at. Nobody was at the front desk. The only plus was that the room was clean. Not even an ice machine on premises but they give you an ice bucket? Never will I stay there again."
