"I spent a week at the Richland Inn. The room was very basic. It would be an acceptable choice for someone who is not fussy and who is on a tight budget. There was no soap in the room and no hangers; an iron – – but no ironing board. Since there was no soap, there was no soap dish. So when they provided the soap that I requested, it caked and stuck onto the countertop. The continental breakfast was waffles, white bread, bagels, that were not good, and the only cereals were sweetened, i.e.,...

"Clean room, paint pealing, remote was barely staying together. Parking not hard as long as not too many cars. Pretty tight squeeze. Needs upgrading. Bathroom sink not in the bathroom.. weird. Free breakfast was next to nothing. For the price, I was quite disappointed. "

"The location of this property was great. Our stay was a different story. At check in no one was at the desk, I waited for close to 10 minutes before anyone helped me. I later ask for wash clothes and was told I could get them in the morning when additional staff was there. I have stayed at many hotels and have never been told to wait till tomorrow! Unfortunately no one was in the hallway with the cart in the morning nor was there anyone at the desk so we never got the wash clothes………. Listening...

"They did not have an electric car charger. I was told I would have to cancel 72 hours ahead of time. They stuck me in a handicap room and said they could not change it. "

"Yes. But the outdoor patio was closed for repairs. Had I known this we would have booked elsewhere. No outside seating was available at all."

"Staff were great. We only stayed one night. The mattress covers were dirty and stained. The valence on the curtain was filthy. There was a roach in the bathroom in the morning. We checked out as soon as we could the next morning. Do not recommend."

"The rooms are a good size. It was not clear that the location was under construction. This may be good to disclose. I did not understand the necessity to fill out additional paperwork upon arrival. The price was good"
