"Beautiful property well kept. Saw bear everyday."

"Resort is beautiful but once I checked in I noticed door was coming of the hinge (note I do have a toddler and baby) it got fixed following day other issue was light in bathroom kept flickering told them about it but they didnt switch out a simple 1 or 2 light bulbs. I kept the do not disturb sign for 2 days after that it was off never got trash picked up had to dump out my own trash ok no biggy but the biggest issue was water park was closed thats the whole reason why we booked what a bummer....

"The hotel is in a perfect location, good walking distance from a lot of attractions with a bike shop and rental across the street. Clean room nice and welcoming. The breakfast room was a nice surprise. Hot, quick food, Make your own waffles, and an omelette chef ready to make fresh for you. I will definitely plan on staying here again when I go back to Nashville "

"I normally never leave reviews but wanted to warn others. 1. They had maintenance going on which we understood but they could have most definitely tried to make up for the big area that was closed but they didn’t. On top of the large indoor part being closed the pool and lazy river outside was also closed due to “cleaning” honestly it didn’t look like there was much cleaning going on in the pool the workers were just standing around. 2. "The only thing that I found very odd was that though we had a kitchen, and the place provided pots and pans, they did not provide utensils. We were only there for a couple of days for a volleyball tournament so we were okay, but if we were there on family vacation, we would have needed to go to Walmart and buy utensils."

Sunday, May 18, 2026, we called for our car and 4 attempts calling for it, 45 minutes later it arrived. Your employee working behind the counter at the valet office, was so extremely rude. It was disappointing. There was a cart in our hallway for 3 days with hangars and a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper Zero. It’s the little things."

"I am currently trying to dispute a bill for this hotel. I was charged a smoking fee for a room when I don't even smoke. Hotel staff assured me that the smoking sensors in the room are 100% accurate, probably based upon verbiage from a sales person. This is not factual as these sensors can confuse other fumes such as perfumes or aerosols with actual cigarette smoke or vape fumes. Technology is never 100%, and there numerous complaints from other customers who experienced the same issue that I...
