Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. "

"when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out."

"Apparently the entire place was under construction with hammering and drilling in the room above my room at 7-8am. Called to make complaint to lobby, no phone in the room. Staff was not helpful with the construction issue, said there was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t allow me to do a late checkout. Constant knocking on my hotel door between 9-11am to see if I was checked out yet. Checkout is at 11, in my opinion they should have left me alone after the first knock at 9am until checkout time...
