"Our room there was wonderful. However the Gatlinburg trolly system was terribly crowded. It took us an hour and a half to return back to our room. Standing room only and packed like sardines. For the rate of almost $350/night, it would be great if the hotel had its own shuttle system for guests. "

"This was a beautiful hotel inside an old building with lovely architectural features. The rooms were nicely done and very comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance to all of downtown Nashville. The only drawbacks were that you had to reserve parking in a parking garage or pay a lot for valet, although there were some very close to the hotel..and the fact that our room backed up to printers alley so there were bands playing until 2am on the weekends. "

"Absolutely loved it here! The rooms are very spacious and clean. Loved having the balcony to where you can see the little river flowing down below. Also there are ducks, geese and ground hogs down below by the river that you can feed. It’s very entertaining. The staff at the front office are very nice and helpful. The location is great, it’s close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!"
