"Staff very friendly, property was very clean. Breakfast had variety. Room was small, be prepared no microwave or coffee maker for you coffee drinkers. They do offer 24 hr coffee in the lobby as well as free bottled waters, as well as a nice assortment of snack items for purchase. Overall good stay."

"The stay wasn't bad. The only thing with their breakfast is......it was really bare for a breakfast. Only cereal and bakery items along with hard boiled eggs. We ended up going to find breakfast somewhere else. At least there were places close to go eat."

"Mainstay suites was of good quality for a one night stay. The room was clean. Staff were professional. Did not partake in the free grab breakfast. However, it was available. The room had a fully furnished kitchenette which was nice. Distance to the college was a plus as well as nearby facilities such as convenience store, eatery, and cafe. The property did or was in need of refreshing and/or renovation. Noticed areas of broken tile floor, outdated elevator, and there was an old smell of some origin that was not particularly favorable. Possibly cigarette smoke. Unsure. Other thing to add is lack of usual or typical provided toiletries. There was only a single sample bottle of shampoo and 2 bar soaps which were not great. Recommend bringing your own toiletries if thats not something you typically do."
