"Our stay started off bad . The key was not left where the check in instructions stated. After an hour of waiting in the car with my kids , a help ticket , and a few phone calls to the help line we finally got different instructions and retrieved the key . Once the apartment was accessed, my child took a shower and the apartment smelled as if there was a sewage leak. We basically treated all the drains in the house with hot soap and water and the smell went away . I did enter in a few help...

"The reason for our stay was to go to the children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. This hotel was a really comfortable night sleep the beds were out of this world comfortable I’ve never slept on a bed that comfortable in a hotel ever the staff was very nice and helpful the hotels in a great area so much around the breakfast was excellent. There was a chef that cooked omelettes just the way you like them, but overall, the stay was great. The hotel was nice. It was clean. I recommended it!!!!"

"Located by Music Row, lobby is impressive. Food and drinks at the downstairs lounge were great. Room was large, bathroom was huge. Like the slider provided to divide the bathroom from room. Roof top pool was nice, but gets very crowded. Staff didn't replenish the pool towels often, so common to get into an elevator with wet floors. Overall really nice stay, staff for the most part were helpful and easy to stay engaged."

"I spent one night at this hotel while I was visiting Nashville for a comedy show. I have no complaints! The parking is not the greatest or cheapest, but I know that has a lot to do with location. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Mary checked me in and I couldn't have asked for better service! All around great experience! Will stay again."
