"The staff were extremely helpful. If we needed anything they helped almost immediately. The shuttle to and from the e airport was heaven sent. The breakfast is the same every day and the quality was not the best. But it is free so can’t complain too much"

"The location was great, so many places within walking distance. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it advertised free parking - which was not true. It was $38/night to valet or parking was $10/night in a ramp across the street, which was a bit of a pain to get in and out of. Also, there was an extremely large wedding that occupied not only the ballrooms, but much of the shared common space and the music was so loud, so late, that it was hard to sleep."

"Traveling with 3 dogs and 2 cats 2 adults and one child while moving. Need a pit stop to get good sleep. Bed were comfortable and breakfast bar was amazing. Red velvet waffles, Denver omletes, southwest potatoes, and grilled kielbasa. When I need to stop in Des Moines again this will be my favorite hotel. Close to airport also."

At AM check out: 10:30am- I went to front desk to tell Palak I'd been searching for my glasses for 1 hour, I couldn't drive without them, and might need extra time to find them. He deadpan told me I had 30 min to find them because checkout was at 11am, no apology, no emotion, no compassion. 11am- Returned to say I still hadn't found them. He said he had already helped me all he could by telling me I had until 11am to find...
