We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed. "There’s a few spots to eat nearby Whataburger McDonald’s Subway but there’s things if you’re willing to drive a few miles down the road. Boardwalk should be taken off as a scenery because more than half of the stores are closed."

"This 1 star review couldn't be lower. Do NOT stay here. This place is disgusting and not accredited by the BBB (F Rated). Bathrooms had pubic hair and rust, trash not emptied, dirty beds (sheets not washed), and mold everywhere. Just absolutely horrendous. I didn't think it was possible these places still exist.
