"There was nothing about the property I liked. Here I am paying $$ per night, yet when I called downstairs to ask for a tooth brush the simple response was "we no longer carry toothbrushes.........call the gift shop", Really! I'm not a smoker, so the fact smoking is prevalent everywhere was a big "NEVER AGAIN"."

"The food was pretty poor for breakfast. The porch was good and that was about it porridge. Our shower was slightly broken and weird. There’s cracks in the ceiling. The beds were way too soft. It seemed better days for sure. I candy. It’s not otherwise it was in a good location. The people who worked there are super nice no complaints there. Breakfast was lamentable."

I said you told me you had no parking. She said I must have called the wrong number. I repeated the number and was told by another worker that was the correct number. Upon check out they asked me if I parked a car I said no. She supposedly emailed the receipt. I never got it. Just checked my credit card and they charged me...

"Perfect location to explore the city from on foot with a really friendly staff. The pool is great for a quick dip to cool off in during the hotter parts of the day. And even though it’s in the French Quarter it is very quiet at night."

"I had an issue with blood on my bedding. They attempted to cover it up, but I found the blood on the sheets. I was told that the manager would refund my money and would call me, but that hasn't happened. I was informed she would be at work today, but she is not, and they cannot tell me when she will return. I am beginning to think they are trying to avoid addressing this issue. I have pictures of the blood on the bed. As a nurse, I know this is not safe at all. I really hope I do not have to...

"Well sorry to report this place is just okay. The positives would be a good location and the property and rooms were clean. The front staff were not very helpful when checking in and just assumed we knew what to do and where things were located like having to use room key on the elevator and where the breakfast was located. The room had some issues. There was no hot water and that had to be fixed and the room did not cool efficiently. Valet parking and parking tax for one night over night...

"This might be one of the best places to stay in all of New Orleans. I am not sure if this is considered a "Hidden Gem" or not since the hotel is huge. But, I have been to New Orleans 5-6 times staying at various properties and this was BY FAR the best! The views from the lobby and bar area are incredible. The drinks are great, the food is great. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. I can't say enough about this location. I will book with the Westin every time I come back...
