"Front desk at arrival was not friendly or informative. Room A/C unit not functioning properly had to be reset. Went to use the phone in the room to contact the front desk regarding the A/C and phone did not work. The maintenance man was awesome, he took care of the AC waited 20 minutes to make sure it was working and then ran down and got a brand new phone for the room."

"OVERALL THE FACILITY WAS OK WITH A FEW MINOR WEAKNESSES. The bathroom door was so squeaky it actually woke us up if used by the other person during the night, in addition the A/C was very difficult to set a a lower temperature to be comfortable, again causing us to waking up several times during the night because of the temperature."
