"We didn’t not have enough towels and had to buy some for the local store. Staff initially only out one set KNOWING the room was booked for two guest. The hotel also reeked of urine, possibly due to the pet friendly policy. I do appreciate the fact that o didn’t see any bugs and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast no complaints there. This should be an emergency booking only. "

"The layout was nice but I usually don’t prefer an outside entry to any hotel room, it didn’t look to be an outside entry online. Check in was for 3pm my room was not ready upon my arrival at 5:30pm. "

I went by my doctors office she prescribe me some cream just for bedbugs with antibiotics in it and my doctor did advise me not to Carry what I had at the time from the motel into my home because of the spreading that it would cause "

"Older staff lady was very dry checking in. Items didn’t work in room, and couldn’t get them to work. Table in room was scratched up badly."

"The hotel was fine. However they could not verify my confirmation number I had from hotels.com. They said it had to start w a c. They told me that I had to call hotels.com. This was 10 pm at night. I had three little girls with me. I couldn't find a number and when I finally did I could not get ahold of any person. After 1.5 hours (even did chat )) I got a hold of a human and they could not help me. I never was able to prove my reservation. The hotel no longer had any rooms but magically found one I could pay. Higher price for. I still have not received my refund from hotels.com "

"Save your money and go somewhere else. When we checked into our room, we didn't have towels or a comforter on the bed. The walls were multiple colors of grey and not on purpose, the wall paper was peeling. Mold and cracks all over the bathroom ceiling. The only plug-ins were by the bathroom sink and only 1 worked. All the fixtures looked like it was from the 70's rust included. "

"Clean room with nice common area and outdoor pool. It’s well lit and joined with the hospital which initially was strange and we got lost couple times finding the building with hotel room and coming from parking garage but otherwise everything was good. About 15 minutes from most of attractions in New Orleans downtown and free car parking made it worth it since we had driven with our car. "
