"Front desk manager was somewhat unprofessional. Attempted to checkin an hour early but could not. Was told guaranteed checkin at 3 pm. Well, WRONG! Checkin did not happen for us until 4:30 pm. The other attendant was nice and said he was going to do something for us but unsure if he adjusted anything since I booked thru Expedia and did not park in the hotel's deck because friends said it was a s-show.
