"Always a pleasant stay"

"The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, poorly set up, plates and silverware in the middle of of all the food, instead of at the beginning of the line. Good food and coffee, if they can keep the pots full. Not all the staff knows English, and use translation apps on their phones."

The hotel manager came around to ask guests how their stay was going. Didn't use the pool but it looked well-maintained. Ticked all my boxes. Highly recommend."

"The first room had a broken lock on the door. The second room didn’t have a working microwave or fridge. The pool was said to be warmed but was freezing cold and we couldn’t use the hot tub. The towels by the pool was dirty and there were used band aids by the pool"
