"Good hotel to relax at ."

"It was a nice stay. I came with my family for the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. But in my way out me and my family got stuck on a malfunctioning elevator for a few minutes. The staff got us out of that situation quickly and assured me that they would refund my stay for the inconvenience but that didn't happen. It was a nice property overall, I just didn't understand why I was lied to in the end."

"Room was good and clean. However bed cover had dirty spots. We had to change room. Also, restaurant was closed, so no breakfast or dinner. What kind of resort has no working restaurant? "

"The key system didn't work so we had no key to our room. The hotel staff had to run to our room 3 stories up to unlock the door. We asked for a cancelation and Hotels.com said it was unrefundable. We chose not to stay because we did not feel safe. Too many problems checking in and people waiting in line to complain. The property is old and needs repairs. A sign in the elevator said not to hold the door open or the elevator will not work. It was very scary. The office closed at 7 pm so we couldn get our pillows we left in the room. Never will we stay in this type of hotel again!"
