"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Stayed here a few times now for work trips. Upon arrival, the reception was unmanned, and we were instructed to go to the DORMERO Bergström to check in. While I understand this is an operational requirement, the queue was significant, leaving the lone staff member on duty under immense pressure as they attempted to manage the surge of arrivals single-handedly. It was clear that the staffing levels provided by management were inadequate for the volume of guests. Furthermore, when I requested an iron and ironing board, items I have successfully accessed here in the past, I was informed that the entire supply for the building had been relocated to the other hotel. When I asked if one could be retrieved, it was explained that this was unlikely. It is frustrating to see basic amenities prioritised elsewhere at the expense of guests at this location"
