"We had a lovely room which is expected at a 5-Star hotel. However, we had booked a room for 3 people but what was in the room (robes, slippers, towels, drinks, food) was only geared to 2 people. We had to request additional items be brought to the room which would seem like a detail a 5-Star hotel would be on top of. We had to ask for a few things twice - once at the desk and then again called because no one ever delivered what we requested. Items (cotton swabs, razor, etc.) were not...

"My son & I stayed here as a mother-son trip to celebrate his 15th birthday & we couldn’t have been more pleased. We had a king studio suite. We arrived around 10:30am for our breakfast reservation at The Four Seasons & had the hotel hold our luggage & car. To my surprise, we were able to check in around noon. "The hotel staff Barbara & Rodrigo & everyone else were very helpful . You can walk to a few restaurants & the area where the hotel is situated is very safe. The hotel is quiet at night so you can rest peacefully."
