"The location & price is good if you need to be near Beverly Hills. Otherwise I would say there is nothing else beneficial about this hotel. It’s showing its age, there is no pool currently. No cafe or coffee shop, no gift shop, no self parking. The area is under major construction, not the hotel but the street the hotel is located. "The Mosaic Hotel has a genuinely good location, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming at both check-in and checkout. Unfortunately, I do not think the hotel lives up to a genuine four-star standard. I asked twice for a kettle and still never received one. The bar was closed, which was disappointing as I enjoy having a nightcap, and room service was unavailable despite being advertised. "I absolutely loved my stay! There’s a beautiful courtyard in the center and my room was away from the street and super quiet. Staff was lovely - very attentive and friendly. Room and amenities were clean and spacious. I’ve lived in LA for 10+ years and it’s also in a great area and conveniently located close to a couple of really nice spots around LA. I would definitely come again!"
