"We had a lovely room which is expected at a 5-Star hotel. However, we had booked a room for 3 people but what was in the room (robes, slippers, towels, drinks, food) was only geared to 2 people. We had to request additional items be brought to the room which would seem like a detail a 5-Star hotel would be on top of. We had to ask for a few things twice - once at the desk and then again called because no one ever delivered what we requested. Items (cotton swabs, razor, etc.) were not...
