We had to request additional items be brought to the room which would seem like a detail a 5-Star hotel would be on top of. "My son & I stayed here as a mother-son trip to celebrate his 15th birthday & we couldn’t have been more pleased. We had a king studio suite. We arrived around 10:30am for our breakfast reservation at The Four Seasons & had the hotel hold our luggage & car. To my surprise, we were able to check in around noon. "The hotel staff Barbara & Rodrigo & everyone else were very helpful . You can walk to a few restaurants & the area where the hotel is situated is very safe. The hotel is quiet at night so you can rest peacefully."
