"Everything about this hotel is wonderful. During our previous stay, we requested a tea kettle, and once again, one was thoughtfully provided for us this time. What makes this hotel truly special is the warmth and kindness of every staff member. They always welcome us with genuine warmth and make us feel so at home. We will most certainly be coming back. This hotel has truly become one of our favorite places to stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this iconic hotel! We were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready upon arrival for an early check in. The recently upgraded room was large and beautiful with a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool area. "Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"Could have been a great spot however the staff lacked awareness. The first morning when we were getting ready at 8 am one of the staff members opened our door and walked into our room un announced. I had to run up to the door in order to prevent them from walking all the way in on my girlfriend who was getting ready for the day. "Overall a great stay we had great location if you wanna do stuff like seeing the pink wall, going to Hollywood, and Even Santa Monica less than a 30 minute drive. Another favorite part of our stay was the bed very comfortable very relaxing. The only problem I had was the bathroom smell like mildew after our first night it didn’t really bother the rest of that much but you know for the price you’re paying you should’ve will do so put that into consideration overall I give this stay a 4.2/5"
