"I was surprised with the parking fee. It was open parking lot and no other choice of where to park. Otherwise the rooms were very clean, lounge are spacious and comfortable and great breakfast. "

"Elevators were broken. Sheets were thrown in the middle of the hallway for a whole day. Breakfast was horrendous and check out was the worst. Had to wait for 30 minutes because there was only 1 person at the front desk while it looked like upper management was just sitting in the Breakfast area on their phone. "

"The beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable, clean and I especially liked the cover over the duvet, with sheet material, not with the sheet seperate, so you know no one else has touched it. It is hard for me when comforters and regular blankets are on the beds, I do not feel they are cleaned or replaced every time the room is services, seems like they only do the sheets, so this made me HAPPY!!!! We did not need to use the kitchenette part of the room, but it was a very nice setup. I did use the coffee makert....All rooms have an ironing board, iron and of course hair dryer which saves time having to request them to be brought to you. The online info shows breakfast is included, and it was not. That was rough in the morning since we had to locates somewhere else to eat last minute."
