"The room was very unclean. The room and hallway had very unclean carpets and rugs. The room was so unclean, dusty, stainy, and old. The furniture were old. Lack of maintenance could be observed everywhere. They could have assigned me the room that was cleaner, however, they assigned me the most unclean room. The room number we stayed was 110. I would like to have my refund. I would not have reserved it and stayed here if I had known it earlier. I had been to Austin with my family for graduation ceremony of my daughter. Her younger sister stayed with her, but there was no options for me, my wife, and my mom than to spend two nights in such a horrible environment."

"The beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable, clean and I especially liked the cover over the duvet, with sheet material, not with the sheet seperate, so you know no one else has touched it. It is hard for me when comforters and regular blankets are on the beds, I do not feel they are cleaned or replaced every time the room is services, seems like they only do the sheets, so this made me HAPPY!!!! We did not need to use the kitchenette part of the room, but it was a very nice setup. I did use the coffee makert....All rooms have an ironing board, iron and of course hair dryer which saves time having to request them to be brought to you. The online info shows breakfast is included, and it was not. That was rough in the morning since we had to locates somewhere else to eat last minute."
