"I believe this hotel must be going through renovations. How else can you explain open electrical boxes and door signs taped to the doors. The hotel bathroom sink slowly drained and the shower doors didn't close. Cold water for about two minutes. I used two towels to sop up the water outside the shower, since a shower mat was not provided. No soap in the shower. One small soap at the sink. Only two trash bins. Lighting near bed was terrible. Had to move a floor lamp for good...

"The room was clean the bathroom was clean. All of the staff was very nice. The bathroom had a built in night light that was very helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of items. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had a room facing the highway so there was a little noise but not bad. If you are a light sleeper maybe request a room on the other side of the hotel. It is a good location that is close to The Wilds and the Appalachian Wildlife Center."
