"Great room...great location...my only comment is there is a "cabaret" on Friday and Saturday in the basement which plays techno until at least 3 am. If you like this kind of thing, stay here if not, still stay here but bring headphones."

"Good location, air conditioning works well, well equipped including cleaning products. As property warns you need to watch out for angled ceilings - you will hit your head."

"This rental was a pearl hidden in the museum district, just steps from the tower. Elisa is the owner and was extremely helpful with tips for travel and restaurants. The building is old with huge doors and charm beyond your thoughts. There is a 2 person balcony that looks out on the Siene River. The views from each room are outstanding. "One of the greatest views I could have ever had of the arc de triomphe!! Great price and great walkable area!! Parking very close by! Great communication!! This will definitely be my go to place to stay when I come to Paris!"

"What a quaint, cozy spot to enjoy the fantastic city of Paris! An easy 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, at which point you can also pick up sightseeing buses to help you decide where to go next! The apartment had all the necessary conveniences and was clean and airy. Would love to go back some day!"

"Beautiful property. Easy to get to all the main locations"

"We can't say enough about our stay at Le Beau Marais. Nicholas and Augustine were wonderful... in every way accommodating. From working to meet us upon arrival, to inviting to reach out during the week to address any concerns, from correcting a minor issue to keeping our bags after check-out, we were greatly attended. The room was beautiful, the location perfect. Our stay at Le Beau Marais provided an incredible backdrop for our 25th wedding Anniversary week. Thank you!!"

"Superb location just below the cathedral of Montmartre. Tons of small shops, restaurants . Close to metro station, banks and postoffice. Large 2 bedroom suite with modern fully equipped kitchen snd bathroom.Best of all was the friendliness and professionslism of the staff. They were sure to greet you with a smile and happy to help you with directions or answer with any questions regarding the rooms."
