"The property has a great view from the rooms. Also, very neat and clean well maintained and the staff is very courteous, highly recommended for families."

"Pool was well maintained & activities for crowd were good. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom ceiling leaked, bath tube didn't work, AC functionality was pathetic at times. Food was ok however, more variety can be added to the same."

"This lush, green and serene property tucked away from the hustle-bustle of Mumbai is well designed & properly maintained. The pool view rooms are spacious with ample terrace space, which is very nice. The pool is large, though on the shallow side. The River Pej flows gently by, creating a serene ambience. As far as the human aspect is concerned, Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mangal are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are also efficient and helpful....

"The resort had speakers at various spots, and they played religious chants from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and again in the evening around 7:00 pm tp 8:00 pm. That is not ok. I don't go to a nature resort to have music/chants on speakers and be disturbed or woken up by such things. Also, they may want to specify that there is no in-room food service."

"I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. "The stay was Ok. The scenic beauty around the property is good. The staying experience was below my expectation. The staff are friendly but service orientation is lacking. Probably not trained at all in that area. Food Ok."
