"It’s tiny, and getting old."

"Nice big, clean room. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Property is fenced and gated, well kept. Was able to park inside the property. Restaurant they recommended for dinner was walking distance and quite good. I showed up, rang the gate bell and someone remotely opened it to let me in. Then between 5 to 10 minutes later, someone drove up to check me in. Everything went smoothly. "Room was renovated. New air-conditioning unit. New bathroom. Everything seemed clean. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Maybe a little slow to acknowledge us at check-in but the efficiency showed once the process started. We did not like that our room number was mentioned aloud. Breakfast was ample and didn’t have to wait to get coffee. We would definitely stay again."

"I booked this hotel for my friends, check in was really complicated, nobody was there to help with room key from last century ,they had to wait for help . And it says shuttle bus available but when I ask about shuttle to airport they told me it depends on availability ."

"Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. The hotel is pretty rundown and unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean. There is an onsite restaurant for dinner and the option for breakfast, which was convenient. WiFi was iffy, and we lost power a few times. Happy to have a nice shower and good AC. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was on time and...

"Bugs and mosquitoes on the wall. Checked in at 1140 before midnight. Sent them a message and changed the room at 230 in the morning. We could not wake up to get breakfast and they called at 11 stating we must leave otherwise pay extra. We explained the whole situation. Anyway we left at 1110. I had other night booked in the hotel on the 24th that of course i cancelled"

"Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. We loved it."
