"Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht. In unserem Zimmer war eine Leuchte defekt. Die Lese-Leuchten am Bett sind in die Jahre gekommen, der Feststellmechanismus hat nicht mehr funktioniert. Keine Klima-Anlage im Zimmer, durch die großen Fensterscheiben heizte sich das Zimmer extremst schnell auf (bei 25 Grad Außentemperatur hatten wir 28 Grad im Zimmer). Mit offenem Fenster nachts zu schlafen war aufgrund von Straßenlärm möglich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut."

The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"This was my second time at this location in the past 10 years. What we experienced was shadowed by my first visit. Exterior seemed disorganized and a bit junky but it was mid May. The restaurant has been closed so only breakfast was available. No staff most of the day. Check-in was a specific time and if late only a German phone number was available so many re difficult for foreigners to let them know of travel delays, thankfully the owner received the message through the Expedia app and stayed...
