"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"Super Lage! Das ist auch das Einzige. Zimmer für 3 gebucht, eingerichtet für 2. (Handtücher, Gläser). Tochter hat eine Hausstauballergie, haben deswegen vorher extra angerufen ob es Allergiebettwäsche gibt. Es wurde mir versichert das überall welche drauf ist. Es war aber nur normale Bettwäsche. Zimmer sind veraltet, billige Einrichtung und der Teppichboden und Heizung waren total versüfft. Kein Kühlschrank, Steckdosen und Schalter haben nicht funktioniert. Reinigungsdienst nur alle zwei Tage(...

"einmaligen Aussicht auf Kloster Ettal. Auch der Kaiserschmarrn im Restaurant war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sauber, wirkte jedoch deutlich anders als auf den Bildern und schon länger nicht renoviert. Das Bad war sehr klein, und das Zimmer war leider extrem hellhörig: Ab etwa 6 Uhr morgens waren sowohl andere Hotelgäste als auch die Schafe auf der Wiese deutlich zu hören. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein Haus mit traumhafter Lage und schöner Aussicht, aber beim Zimmer gibt es noch...

"Hotel was great, clean looked old but that was the vibe, big room, friendly staff nice breakfast too and quiet. Only issue was no fans available for the room so had to puck up my own but would go again even had parking too."

"Beautiful hotel in the wonderful town of Fussen. This stay was my first night ever in Europe and I could not have picked a better location. Rooftop views, rose garden in the front, and walking distance to the city's shopping and dining are all amazing perks of this hotel. The front desk was very helpful in checking us in and getting our parking pass (the lot in the front was very convient). Our room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the city. I only wish I got to stay longer!"

"Schwimmbad und Sauna sind schön. Zimmer aber etwas klein für eine ganze Familie und in wie abgebildet mit separatem Zimmer für die Kinder. Badezimmer sehr klein. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, aber für ein 4-Sterne Hotel eher klein."

"The hotel was very charming. The staff was very friendly, kind and gave us so many helpful pointers like what restaurants to eat at etc. The hotel itself has a very fun, peppy vibe. They have a pool table, lots of different games that was great if you have kids like we did. The wellness room was stunning and a must do! The breakfast was really excellent and we got to try out so many local delicacies. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and had a fun decor. Highly recommend!"
