"Beautiful property that offers a view of the river and city. It is located a quick walk away from the shopping centre and Sao Bento station (though if you are carrying heavy luggage, a short taxi ride might be needed due to the hilly terrain). Staff members are very helpful and welcoming. Spacious room and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended."

"The facility is lovely and the service was beyond compare. The spa was among the very best I’ve been to, and the on site restaurant is excellent. It’s a bit of a walk to sites, but worth it to be removed from the crowds and have beautiful grounds with a pool. The hotel lives up to its 5-star rating."

Though there is no front desk staff, they are very communicative via e-mail and were available to answer questions. The room was quite spacious and clean and the 5-star bed was perfect after a long days worth of walking and clocking in 20k steps each day. I really loved the big windows as it let in sunshine and natural light and fresh...
