"The bad: The breakfast options were quite limited, and the food itself was not good. They are supposed to open at 6 a.m., but one day it was 7:30 a.m. and it was still closed. They don’t do full cleaning every day, which is fine, but on one of the days they skipped cleaning, I asked for extra towels. After a couple of hours, I asked again since they hadn’t brought them, and still nothing. I called a third time later and was told to go get them myself because they were short-staffed. The surrounding area is not great, although it is well connected. The good: The rooms are new and spacious, with nice skyline views if you get a higher floor I would not go back, there are better options close with similar rates."

"The Nashville Reserve is a unique property, being an old bank reserve. The parking is a little tricky, but once you get there, it is fine. Rooms were clean and furniture comfortable, The location is good. We could walk to several sites and it was easy to take uber to other sites. Phillip was very professional and helpful. Offered us late check out and we even got a personal tour of the vault and the plans for it! Thank you Phillip! For a unique experience I would recommend the Nashville Reserve for your stay."
