"We stay at this location at least 6–8 times a year, and it has always been great in the past. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. It’s a shame to see how much the property has declined and been let go. On top of that, the noise level was incredibly disruptive — both inside the hotel and outside. There was constant noise in the hallways and from outside the building, making it very difficult to get any rest. For the price, you would expect a quiet, comfortable stay, but that was not...

"This hotel is my go to. It’s always clean, everyone is professional, love the addition of the Starbucks. Not to mention my room got upgraded to a balcony room for no reason at all. Great stay overall, as always. "

"Pool and hot tub out of order...Toilet was broken first night of stay..husband got sick after eating breakfast.. afternoon desk clerk was female and very rude was more interested in her friend and doing their laundry...early morning older gentleman very nice and very accomadating. Room was moved and discounted due to night before..."

"The room itself was clean and the bird OK. The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist...

"Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. "

"Nobody at reception. I arrived at 9:15 pm and check in suppose to be until 12:00.Never got my room. I had to pay for another room somewhere else. "

"1. Phone in room didn't work. 2. The heat setting wasn't explained to us at check-in and by the time we realized there was an issue the office was closed (10pm). (And see #1) 3. Door key didn't work and had to change rooms. 4. Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be an unripe (green) banana, an apple, and an orange. 5. The lady at the counter offered a refund but the main manager stepped in and blocked it. "

"Only reason i am giving this a 3 is because the staff was very helpful. The bed had a dirty sock in it, which makes me.belive the linens were not changed. I called the front desk and given a new room. Next day the eifi went down, which was unfortunate because i was out of town and needed it the wifi to download the map to my appointment. Again the staff at the front desk printed out the directions for me since the internet was going to be down for a while. "
