The demand showed the time of entry and exit and that I had left the property at 8.30am and further disclosure shows that payment for the parking was made at 8.26am. The demand claimed that I had overstayed, When challenged, the submissions of Park Maven to Holiday Inn, claimed that I left at 9.30am which contradicts the time its number plate reader.
