It would seem this is an ongoing issue as staff explained they don’t include it but are struggling with Expedia to remove. The owner though didn’t charge us, and although a little awkward to have had the conversation both staff and owner were very lovely in getting it resolved. I would return, but the position on the...

"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. Kents Hill Park Training and Conference Centre

10/10 Excellent

"This place was great. Our bed was HUGE and so comfy, the staff were lovely, our room was really big and there was zero noise from the hallways or outside. We worked on our laptops most of the check out day too from the upstairs open space and nobody had any problem with it. Will definitely use this place again"

Cotswolds Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"We had a great 3 night stay and could not fault anything, the room was very clean and comfortable, all staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant on two nights and although the menu is limited the food was very good. The bar area and selection of drinks was very good. The only thing I think is lacking is maybe a pool table and dartboard which would have given us something to do in the quieter times of our stay."
