"This was a gorgeous property and hotel in a picturesque setting. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel bar is nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathroom is so small. Perhaps this isn't the case in the better rooms - we took the basic room."

"The location was excellent. Right next to the train station, shops and restaurants. The hotel was large, clean and pretty. Unfortunately it was cold. They said they don’t turn on the heat yet and there aren’t room controls so they gave us an extra blanket. We only picked this hotel because it was advertised as having a hot tub (picture shown too). After days of walking in cold and rain we decided to pay the extra cost of a hotel withthis item. Yet when we arrived we were told the hot tub was...
