"Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!"

"I loved staying on the 40th floor, spectacular views morning and night. Loved that each room in our 3 bedroom condo had some sort of view of the ocean and that there were 3 bathrooms!! It was nice having plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, clean towels and supplies in the kitchen. (And hair dryers) The Hilton staff was warm and professional. "We booked Studio Apartment with Harbour View. We were offered what would be best described as an apartment that was in a corridor, with a corridor view. Absolutely terrible room. At the reception, the staff said that they did not have any Harbour view rooms...then told us yes they found one. Well the one they gave us was not a harbour view room at all. The room was what would be described as a pool access room, and when we went outside, the sliding door fell of its hinges. This needs to be...

"I liked that tram was right next to it the hotel, was convenient to go shopping the room I stayed had a nice view of some parts of the beach, Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, 5 to 10min walk close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was average the variety of the basics it was convenient to have and go to our daily activities"
