$20 for parking would have been acceptable if we parked in the garage, or at least if the door to the hotel from overflow parking was open. Having to lug everything down the street was too much.

Portland Regency Hotel & Spa
Such a great hotel especially for the price. Then spa is great and accessible without booking a service. They were amenable to all our requests. The location is also great. Highly recommend.

Hampton Inn Portland Downtown - Waterfront
The breakfast was great, lots of good options. The parking was frustrating, I definitely did not look at the fact that there was only valet and that it was 40$ a night. Never having been to portland I had not realized the extent of paying to park in the area.
