"When I entered the room I found two torn edges of condom wrappers on the floor of my room which clearly showed me that the room was used but not clean properly prior to my rental. The breakfast was 24 dollars and some change per person added on to the room when me and my significant other went down to have breakfast it was a very sad excuse of a breakfast. Rock hard bacon instant eggs and watery gravy for biscuits and gravy . if it tells you anything me and her went to denny's (next door )the next morning and I had a way better breakfast experience. "

"Hotel Katerina is a gem in Chico! The staff, the aesthetics, the amenities were all lovely! The rooms were so nice, with little surprises throughout the property. Plus, the location is so easy to navigate with lots of shopping & dining, please easy on-off freeway access. We will be back as this was a favorite stay! "

"Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was). Pretty disappointed with my stay as it was 300 for 2 nights and it was so gross you couldn’t use the one amenity that sold the whole room, the tub. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone until they do a very thorough cleaning of the place. "
