"The staff was very helpful, the beds are comfyand there is a wonderful view of the Aare River. Note that there is no AC and because we arrived during a heatwave, the staff provided us with fans. There are green spaces and a water park near by. The historic district of Solothurn is just across the river. I would stay here again."

He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer...

Although we were outside the centre of Bern, the public transport was excellent so we were in the centre in no time. It was quite an unusual hotel in some ways but it was a fantastic base to explore beautiful Bern."
