"Jeg var yderst tilfreds med mit ophold på Mercure i Katowice. Hotellet levede fuldt ud op til mine forventninger, og især personalets venlighed og hjælpsomhed gjorde et stort indtryk. "Expedia showed this hotel as a 4 star. It's the first 4 star hotel where there's no room service for customers that stay more than a day. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner, and skin lotion. We had a great difficulty to set the temperature in the room so we had to go several times to the reception ..."
