"We were traveling with a large group and booked the 4 suites offered at the hotel. The suites were fantastically unique, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had an amazing 2-night stay and enjoyed exploring Schaffhausen with Hotel Kronenhof as our home base. The included breakfast was a nice touch, and we also had the opportunity to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. I ordered the filet and it was fantastic. We will definitely come back to stay here again."

"This is another boutique Swiss Hotel. No air conditioning. And it was hot. They removed the bar fridge so we could not even keep some cold drinks. They claim of Eco reasons fails if you are hot and can not sleep. We could not stay in the room long so we spent more time down on the river where it was cooled. I would never book a hotel again with out air condition in the summer. And be careful of what you get from a Boutique hotel. Breakfast was limited. Wifi was a problem. They had limits on number of devices allowed. "

"Basic room, I was on the 3rd floor so noises from the bar were minimum. The toilet and shower were clean. I didn't like the pillow, too flat, but i had 2 as i was in a double room ( it seems those are the type of pillows they use here based in previous experience) "
