"The checkin staff were very friendly. It was nice that this is a smaller hotel compared to the rest on the strip, so it wasn’t crowded. The beach access was close to the room. The grounds were well maintained. The only thing negative I have to say was about the Bumbleberry flats restaurant. It’s supposed to open at 8am and we were waiting in line til 8:15 when someone came out. While waiting in line it appeared staff came in late, so we asked what the hold up was, and she couldn’t say. No one...

"Check in staff was not rude but not friendly either. The restroom look like it had not been cleaned before our arrival. The bathtub was clogged and had to call front desk for assistance. On a positive note the maintenance person arrived in under 5 minutes and worked quickly. Overall would probably not book again."

"The rooms were in the worst shape possible. There was food left over in the drawers,pushed behind the restroom door. The security were rude as if they were not there to help with questions but are efficient to try and kick you out. The hallways smelled sooo bad like if a pipe bursted, the whole weekend we were there no resolution. The river was a beautiful relaxed and family friendly environment, the pool on the other hand was not in the best condition. Lovely hotel from the outside but what's...

"Gas station restrooms are more clean than these rooms. Poop on the walls, sheets not clean. It looked like housekeeping simply made the beds from the last guests. There was food in the beds. Office staff had to let us in and out of the rooms because the systems were down for our stay. Only one towel per room and you have to sign a waiver that if you stain the towels you are charged for them. OK, then use that $$ to purchase new towels for the next guest. As a business you are not out any $$...

"Arrived in the room and there was dried vomit on the floor. I called the front desk and asked them to send some Windex and a paper towel. I was super easy-going about it. They sent no one the room was super hot, but we turned on the air conditioner, full blast and left for about six hours came back. It was still 90°. I asked them to put me in a new room or fix the air conditioner. They did neither one. Expedia is a nightmare they were of no help we had to pack up in the middle of our vacation...
