The pool was so full of people, it was dangerous to let our small children get in it. The next morning the outside area was littered with fast food containers. Our room was dirty and had bugs in the beds. The other guests in neighboring rooms allowed their young children to room around outside up and down to walkway past midnight. We felt unsafe all...

"They gave me a room with extreme moisture issues, mold and mildew. The room was out of order and they put us in it anyway."

"Will NEVER stay there again. Asked to change rooms and said they would. We chose to leave to eat after waiting for 2 to 3 hours and they said they couldn't upon us getting back. Said they knocked on our door. Said they were full but we're not. They could have called us to come change rooms. The bathroom was terrible. There was sheetrock mud all in the tub and mold. Smelt like piss. Roaches crawling everywhere. Drunks outside. Apparently several people live there..I'm not judging anyone but they...

"The room was dirty, the bed had bugs crawling all over it and inside the pillow cases. Room smelled like it had mold."

"The place smelled like mildew, so did the elevator. When we got to the room although it was clean, the beds were deceiving as soon as you sat on the bed it sunk. The rooms smelled hardcore like moth balls and a very strong mint smell. I slept 5 hours and left quickly! The only good thing i would have to say is that the man at the reception was super nice and friendly. Cant knock the staff for the bad experience."

"Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

"Well the good. The girls working the front desk were awesome, very nice gals. Thevgal in housekeeping very nice as well as the guy helping. The property and elevator was disgusting. People staying there very nice. The office area was clean.The room needed to be power cleaned tub was disgusting full of mildew. Under bed hadn't been swept or mopped in a very long time. If they want to buy all these hotels, either hire enough help or start cleaning this is the United Stayes not India. Some of them...

"My key did not work the next time we tried to get in after check-in. We went STS weekend and it is by the Gulfport Dragway and the people leaving were cutting up and being extremely loud."
