I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "Not very happy with accomodations.. To begin, the staff were always speaking their native language (not english) with each other while helping guests checking in and out. I feel that's kind of disrespectful to the customers and leaves guests unsure about what's being said. Also the parking lot had tables ,chairs and other large items scattered around the dumpster. Only one of the USB outlets in the room had power not happy with that. Also, I was charged my deposit that I should have been...

"The room was spacious and comfortable- we had the best time ever. The staff was super friendly."

"No pool. The rooms are extremely dirty. One housekeeper was extremely rude to me when I reported I found a bed bug in my bed. She came in yelling at me and tossing the sheets around after I had already given the bug in tissue to the man at the front desk. The lampshades were covered in filth as well as many other issues."
