The only thing I would have liked to be different is the indoor pool hours open 24 hours like the gym and coffee (not just decaf) available at all times. "This hotel was extremely disappointing. The pool was closed and no one informed us. They had a pipe burst at some point and then decided to fix it on Friday morning. Again, no one told us. We had an event that day and we could not shower before the event. The staff was rude. The hotel room was dirty. They had people playing a loud speaker in the middle of the lobby until very late at night. Past 11 pm."

"Clean room! Hot hot water! Comfortable bed! Great area! Safe parking. Looks great inside and out! Very reasonable!!! Staff perfect!!!! But ABSOLUTELY the BEST BREAKFAST!!! Sausage patties and links, scrambled eggs and omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, oatmeal with trimmings, fruit, juices, milk, coffee, bagels, breads for toaster, pancake maker, and cinnamon rolls!!!!!!!! "Well I did send Hilton Honors a complaint n nobody from the hotel gave me an apology beside that no front desk help , I did had to looked for them, the room the bathroom bath tub looks dirty. Is a shame because the hotel is beautiful n great for the price, mostly is a great hotel!"

"When we arrived at 4 pm we were told there were no rooms ready and we would have to put our name and phone number on a waiting list and they would call when it’s ready. At 6:30 we went back to the hotel after not receiving a phone call and then we were able to get our room. The paper with the names on it was still laying on the desk with only a few names checked off. The poor lady at the front desk was trying but it was too much for her to handle. We were told that they were severely short...

"Staff very professional and responsive. They could improve on the general services such as routine housekeeping, which the guests pays a few upon request. Also, linen not replaced daily or cleaned. Guest has to clean, replace, or request new linen to get it. Ok stay, with room for improvements. Thx for your hospitality. "
