"The biggest issue was misleading room details. We booked what was advertised as a double queen room, but the beds were clearly full/double size—I even measured to confirm. My 6'4" husband’s feet hung off the edge, which doesn’t happen with a true queen. The smaller pillows across the bed felt like an attempt to make the size difference less noticeable.
I brought this up to the front desk in person, and it was immediately denied. I’ve been purchasing beds to fit smaller spaces for over six years, so I know the difference in dimensions and appearance. These were not queen beds. It honestly felt like smaller beds were used to make the room seem less cramped, but that comes at the expense of two adults being able to sleep comfortably.
There were also major maintenance and safety concerns. The exterior back door key entry was completely broken—the cord was hanging out of the frame, and the missing lock had been filled with spray foam. That’s not a real fix and raises legitimate security concerns.
Customer service made things worse. The evening front desk employee didn’t answer the phone when we called multiple times to request a crib. Overnight/morning staff were disengaged—watching anime at the front desk and not acknowledging us when we came to check out around 4:30 AM.
Between the inaccurate room listing, poor upkeep, and lack of professionalism, this was a frustrating and disappointing stay."
