"Beautiful resort. Great views and great location facing the ocean. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The five pools made it so that chairs were easily available. We did get locked out of our room one day due to a lock malfunction but management took care of it quickly. Staff were friendly and quick service at the bar / pool areas. "

"Our room was very clean. However the light in the kitchenette wasn’t working and made it challenging to see what we were doing. We relied on the sunlight. No frying pan. No propane grills available only old charcoal grills and they didn’t provide any provisions for the grill. WIFI spotty, unable to watch t.v. because it kept buffering, we decided to use our 5G on our phone. Pool water looked dark, not sure why, didn’t use it. "The pools were nice and outdoor wait staff was fabulous. Food and drinks were great.
The only downside was our room. The toilet was loose as well as the faucet on the sink. When you moved the faucet handle to change the temp of the water the whole thing would move. Also these was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door so we had to leave it slightly open. However I did tell the staff when we checked out and they took the room off the list of being able to be booked until repairs were...

"No soap, no nothing. Marina and Aqualodge smelled soooo bad like sewage. We could not stay in there. Moved to a house. Beds were really lumpy. Pool was closed the entire time we were there. Deer are adorable."

"Room was clean and large. View was of parking lot. Restaurant on site not open for lunch. Dinner served outside only. Check in staff were kinda rude. Greeted us with “well I’ll have to see if your room is ready.” We were told housekeeping would not clean room or come in. If we wanted towels we could call them. Then they came in every day. Pool was beautiful but has a mildew issue on north side. They advertise internet, free parking, complimentary breakfast and then charge a resort fee to cover...

"I would recommend Yacht Haven for your stay. Check in process was great. The property is very well kept and the room was very clean and well-equipped with everything you need and two mini split A/C units which kept it as cool as you would ever want it. It was a little bit smaller than expected but was very comfortable for 4 people. We will go back, for sure!!"

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie.
Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"
