"Great experience"

"I appreciate the staff that were on shift on June 2 (8:30 PM ish) We drove 4 hrs for a work trip and were exhausted. When I called to discuss the noise in my room, the staff who answered the call was very understanding and helpful. I later went downstairs and spoke with the first staff who assisted with checking in, she was equally understanding and showed empathy of the situation. I appreciate the staff that night who made my work trip much more tolerable. Will be returning for sure!"

"The location is top at the waterfront and in the center.The room was very large with a nice view and a confortable bed and it was silent.The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me purchase the Via Rail ticket.The breakfast is a box with very sweet stuff so the next day I went to another hotel to have a decent breakfast.A part from the breakfast, highly recommended."

"We stayed 2 nights, zero issues. They could use a hallway carpet change and more tables in breakfast area.... but otherwise, all good, comfortable, decent breakfast, good coffee and close to waterfront. We would stay there again. Helpful, friendly staff."

"The good: the price. The room is spacious for one traveller. The fridge is big. It's quiet. The only other guest were 2 old couples. The bad: shower head fell off when I touched it. (Quick tip, turn off the water before trying to reattach.) Some lightbulbs were not functioning. Don't open the window or little flies get in through the rips in the screen. They don't bite but it took about a day to clear them. The smell left behind from the previous occupants is intense. I was able to wash one...

"The front door didn't lock probably so at night u were half awake BC of that. Beds were new but the carpet was still the 70s and stained. It's a place where u would stay once and leave. Pay the extra to stay at the big ones. Manger was awesome and great to deal with. All in all it's a place to stay away from."

"When booking through Expedia, the reservation and payment goes to the owner of the property, but in order for the reservation to be identified in the property system, the owner must manually input it - and this is the problem. The owner took my money, confirmed the reservation but never input it - so the staff at the property had no record of my reservation. Thanks to Expedia for fixing this, and I got a free upgrade. My recommendation for anyone making a reservation here, call the property...

"The air conditioning/ heating worked well. The furniture and everything is so dated and worn and dirty. I checked everywhere on the bed to make sure there were no bed bugs or anything. The sheets were clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable but the hot water in the shower you couldn't adjust it properly. I unplugged the mini fridge because it sounded like it was going to explode. I had to manually turn the TV on and off and the remote barely worked. I made sure I wore slippers especially...

"Staff were very helpful. We traveled with my elderly grandparents, and the front desk directed us to the elevator, and mentioned it goes right down to the underground parking. TVs have chromecast, it was a great feature. As we were still catching up on some shows. Beds felt great. Hotel has been updated, few little details left out, but not a big deal. There is underground parking which is convenient. Would stay here again on my next visit to Kingston."

"From the moment I checked in the staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was absolutely amazing and I felt it was brand new even though the staff said it’s been open 4 years! The breakfast in the morning was great and I had the coffee thinking it was going to be your normal blah coffee but it was perfect. I had two cups and just relaxed enjoying the morning. I will stay here again when I come back in the near future."
