"Clean room"

"When you pay $80 a night, you don't expect much, but to not offer any drinks, food, or snacks is a little ridiculous. Had to go to the CVS next door to buy a drink and some snacks. Room was clean, but old "

"Very clean, and attention to detail. I loved walking into towel animals; it reminded me of the time I was on a cruise ship and immediately cheered me up. Breakfast was great too, and shuttles to Mayo are amazing. Although I didn't use it, knowing it was an option was nice to know."

"Being charged for parking 15.00 a night plus they taxed 2.26 taxes with the parking Was not aware of the parking fee and I feel it was unreasonable to pay for parking especially the rate they charged. Will never stay there again."

"This was a nice facility with friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious and it also hepled having a fridge/microwave and stovetop. Makes for a convenient stay. Would stay here again."

"I usually don’t write hotel reviews unless a place is either so bad it deserves a documentary… or so good it makes me question my actual home. 😂 This time around, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Blount Island absolutely delivered. From the second I walked in, the presentation and customer service were flawless. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, and nobody looked at me like I was inconveniencing them by existing. That alone deserves applause these days. 👏 Now let’s talk...

"Everything was great"

"We really enjoyed staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Jacksonville Beach! Such wonderful staff. We even scored some yummy cookies! They accommodated our needs from before we arrived all the way through check out. We swam in the pool, hung out in the hot tub and were even able to rent beach bikes right on the property. It was a great experience. This is not our first stay here and we will most definitely be back!!"

"Very friendly staff. New hotel so everything works and is clean and in good condition. Comfortable rooms. Some rooms don’t have a good view like the rooftop with AC equipment. Very modern look. It’s definitely my preferred place to stay in that area. "
